Not exactly, if you know how to embellish you life with little creativity~
Try to say this every day:

Still using ready-made sauce when preparing spaghetti?
NAH.....too boring......
and it's unhealthy too!
You know, a lot of chemical are added into all those sauces for preservation purpose and also enhancing the taste.
When all these chemicals enter our body,
there is NO WAY for them to be eliminated completely from our body.
Sooner or later,
you will know your body condition is getting worse
and THAT'S TOO LATE!!
Below,
it's a little suggestion from me.
Hope all of you,my fellow friends,
would like my little creativity~
I use alphabet spaghetti (I don't really know what's the name of it,hehe..)for this dish. So it's appearance in those pictures is like rice (just imagine they are really really BIG alphabets,not RICE!!)
For the sauce part,
first stir-fry the garlic,button mushrooms, red pepper and prawns.
then add water into it.
When the water starts to boil,
add enough amount of oats (not instant,but the kind that you have to cook it)into it.
Then, stir until it gets thick.
Add some Korean Chili paste,salt and Italy Herbs for seasoning.
Lastly, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice as ending 'touch-up' of the taste~
DONE!!
Serve the dish with cooked broccoli~~
Maybe some of you will think that:
Ehew!!!! I hate the taste of oats!!
I wanna tell you that YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG!!
Actually you can't taste a bit of oats!
It tastes like a real dish ( This is REAL, of course...)
Yeah..
So now, I've tried this and it turned out really good and healthy dish.
(Oats help you to decrease the level of your body cholesterol--advice from a future doctor :P)
